The Fabulous Facilitator was founded in 2024. A training and coaching consultancy focussing on self development, empowerment and growth.
Our mission of empowering you to take control of your choices, careers and lives, enabling you to achieve your goals and aspirations.

Meet Beth, Founder of The Fabulous Facilitator
Beth’s whole career has been in training, coaching and empowering women both personally and professionally. For over 25 years she’s championed and encouraged women to reach beyond the potential they believe possible. Beth has been employed and self-employed and has worked across sectors, specialising in retail, charity, gender equality and women in tech. Her passion is building women’s confidence and highlighting the opportunities available to them.
Beth’s served over 10,000 women during her career to date and many have achieved multiple successes in all aspects of life. Beth is an award-winning trainer who is now launching this new business with the mission of creating empowering ambassadors to reach as many women (and girls) as possible!
For women, our aim is to break down the barriers, recognise opportunities and guide women to grow through training and development, supported by a community of like minded women to encourage and share success.
For all, working with us gives you access to award winning trainers and coaches with proven strategies to support your growth, we will challenge you to think openly and take action from the very first session.
We get results by getting to know our clients so we can offer the best package for them personally and organisationally, we certainly don’t offer a one size fits all approach. Our suite of training and development courses, webinars, workshops and 121 sessions can be delivered face to face, hybrid or remotely to suit your needs. Meet Isabella and Evie, Marketing & Events Assistants at The Fabulous Facilitator!
We met Beth through Cardiff University’s Insights program and were drawn to the opportunity because of our common mission of creating an environment in which women can support each other. Together, we have combined our areas of interest – Isabella as a recent English Literature graduate and Evie as a Human and Social Sciences student. We have used our unique skills to revitalize The Fabulous Facilitator’s social media in order to expand the reach of Beth’s uplifting community and services. The planning and promotion of inclusive, inspiring events that champion support and personal development have taught us a lot. Being part of the team has given us the opportunity to witness the fabulous work Beth does.
